1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing this website or purchasing services from Outer Essentials ("Company," "we," "us," or "our,"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors customers members and users of our services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Outer Essentials provides residential exterior inspections, maintenance, and treatment services, including but not limited to:

  • Exterior health audits.

  • Gutter cleaning.

  • Vent dryer cleaning.

  • Caulking and sealant services.

  • Maintenance membership service.

  • Roof rejuvenation treatments.

  • Soft washing.

  • Permanent Lighting installations.

Services are offered within Northwest Arkansas and surrounding areas at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update services at any time.

3. FREE 5-POINT EXTERIOR HEALTH AUDIT

The Exterior Health Audit is provided at no cost and is for informational purposes only.

  • It is Not a licensed home inspection

  • It is Not an insurance inspection

  • It does Not constitute a warranty or certification of structural integrity

  • Findings are visual observation only and do not constitute a guarantee of no leaks.

The customer acknowledges that conditions may exist that are not visible at the time of inspection.

4. ESTIMATES AND PRICING

All quotes are:

  • Based on visible conditions at the time of inspection

  • subject to change if hidden damage or unforeseen conditions are discovered

  • valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated

Pricing may vary depending on property size, accessibility, pitch, safety requirements, and material conditions.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due:

  • At the time of service for one time services unless otherwise agreed

  • Monthly in advance for membership services.

We reserve the right to suspend services for non payment.

Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card, check

Late payments may incur fees as permitted by law.

6. MAINTENANCE MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Membership Fee

$25 per month unless otherwise stated in writing.

Included Services

  • Two (2) Scheduled maintenance visits per year

    • Gutter cleaning at each service

    • Exterior Health Audit at each visit

    • Annual dryer vent cleaning

  • 10% lifetime discount on qualifying high-ticket services while membership remains active

Membership Commitment

Membership is month-to-month unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

  • Members may cancel at any time. Membership will remain active until the end of that month term.

  • Credits and discounts terminate immediately upon cancellation.

Promotional Credit

If a customer:

1. Purchases the Fire & Water Defense Package, and

2. Enrolls in the Maintenance Membership

The $297 paid may be credited toward a future service valued more than $1,000, subject to:

  • Membership remaining active and in good standing

  • The home being eligible for the service (Roof Rejuvenation)

Credits:

  • Have no cash value

  • Are non-transferable

  • Cannot be combined with other promotions unless approved in writting

7. ROOF REJUVENATION SERVICES

Roof rejuvenation is a maintenance treatment designed to extend the useful life of asphalt shingles.

Customer acknowledges:

  • The service does not make a roof “new”

  • It does not repair structural damage

  • It does not replace missing shingles

  • Results vary depending on roof age, prior damage, ventilation, and weather exposure

We do not guarantee:

  • A specific lifespan extension

  • Insurance premium changes

  • Approval by insurance carriers

Weather, prior installation quality, and existing deterioration may affect results.

8. PROPERTY ACCESS & CUSTOMER RESPOSIBILITIES

Customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe access to the property

  • Remove vehicles and personal property from service areas

  • Secure pets

  • Disclose known hazards (electrical issues, loose decking, structural weakness)

  • If customer is not home at the time of service, dryer vent cleaning will be done from the exterior only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by unsafe or inaccessible conditions.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Arkansas law:

Outer Essentials shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Hidden structural defects

  • Interior leaks resulting from pre-existing roof failure

  • Mold, rot, or underlying deterioration not visible at time of service

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Exterior maintenance work involves inherent risks including:

  • Walking on roofs

  • Working at heights

  • Handling aging materials

Customer understands that minor granule loss or cosmetic disturbance may occur during normal maintenance procedures.

11. WEATHER & SCHEDULING

Services may be rescheduled due to:

  • Rain

  • Wind

  • Lightning

  • Extreme heat

  • Unsafe roof conditions

We are not liable for delays due to weather events or acts of God. Roof Rejuvenation can only be performed when the roof is completely dry and will be rescheduled accordingly.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Reports

  • Images

  • Marketing materials

  • Traffic Light reporting system

Are the property of Outer Essentials and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

13. WARRANTIES

Unless explicitly stated in writing:

  • Services are provided “as-is”

  • No implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose apply

Any written service warranty provided separately shall govern over this section.

14. INDEMNIFICTION

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Outer Essentials from claims arising from:

  • Undisclosed property conditions

  • Customer negligence

  • Third-party interference

  • Modifications made after service completion

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Benton County or Washington County, Arkansas.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before filing any legal claim, both parties agree to:

  1. Provide written notice of dispute

  2. Attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days

17. MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS

W reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
